This concert at St George’s Hanover Square sees the return of the sensational violinist and composer Yury Revich |Olario who brings us two beautiful works of his own alongside some wonderful music featuring his dazzling virtuosic talents as soloist with the Orchestra. The concert concludes with the magnificent Second Symphony by Jean Sibelius. Composed at the beginning of the 20th century, he said of this work that ‘My second symphony is a confession of the soul.’
